Before You Write Anything - 5 Tips That assist Create the Best Newsletters

Hilary Clinton - Caught in LIE!
Things To Do Before You Write Anything

The very first thing is to be fully rested. Creativity burns a lot of energy with your brain for some reason. After being creative for more than four hours, you commence to become tired so you start to crave a left brain activity like washing the pots or something. If you are not fully rested whenever you sit down to write, three things may happen.

Hilary Clinton - Caught in LIE!

1. Your work will probably be mediocre.

2. You'll learn to think that you're not as well as you are. This may place you onto a volitile manner of doubt. If you believe you are experiencing this unpredictable manner then take a few days off from writing and obtain some rest.

3. You'll receive stressed out because of writer's block. Whenever your mind is tired so you ask it to create something, it will simply say, "Bog off, I'm still tired. Leave me alone." So be sure you have a good nights sleep and be sure you take a regular break from writing.

Second is to cut off the device and put up a 'do not disturb sign'. When you are writing creatively and something interrupts you, it is very difficult to get back just what it was you were bothering in your work. You do not need any distractions. You would like peace and quiet for at least couple of hours in one sitting, so make an effort to arrange this time with other people who lives along.

The third thing is to count your blessings. A remarkable technique this. I became astonished by the effect this had on my own ability. All you do is start contemplating all the good things in your lifetime. Forget the bad things. Everyone has had bad experiences of some type, but also everyone has plenty of nice experiences too. Call many of these experiences up in your head, whether they are from the current or from the past no matter, just recall them. Think to yourself how good things actually are. Choose to feel good about yourself.

Now, sometimes this technique is difficult. Sometimes you can find experiences that need to be taken care of. There may be a quarrel as part of your family that's troubling you or something. Something like this is quite difficult to not think of. All I can suggest is that you talk with a friend about any unpleasant situations and try and solve the problem as fast as possible.

Second to last is eat sparingly. Digesting food requires energy. The harder we eat the more energy must digest it. When we overeat then the digestive system needs more energy than continues to be assigned to it and thus takes it within you by force and makes you tired. As you know, you can not churn out good work when you find yourself tired. It's almost impossible.

So...a small bowl of cereal using a tiny bit of sugar is perhaps all you should put in the human body before writing. Toast is fine but watch the butter or marg. Fatty foods require more energy to collapse and take longer to get into the system. You want complex carbohydrates that are found in cereals. These supply you with a constant energy for a couple of hours. The tiny bit of sugar compensates for your energy used to digest the meal.

Lastly, go for a walk across the block. Light exercise and clean air stimulate the brain DRAMATICALLY! Have a pen and some paper along because you're bound to start having ideas. What you are doing is placing the brain in its favourite environment. There's plenty of oxygen, plenty of blood being pumped with it and you're engaged in a left brain activity which relaxes the mind. Place anything in its favourite environment and will also function at its peak. So...opt for an early morning stroll around the block, round the block or even just to the shops to get a pint of milk. It'll does one the world of good, if nothing else...
